Job Description

The role is to operate at the forefront of transformational technology, assisting internal and external customers to take advantage of a growing set of AWS services and features to run the applications and services. 

​

  Tasks & Responsibilities

• Primarily engaged in deriving technical solutions to internal programs.

• Providing technical consultancy, assistance, and guidance to the channel partners.

• Understanding of business challenges and providing best-fit cloud solutions.

• Responsible for developing the overall framework and solution architecture.

• Coordinate & execute development activities.

• Work closely with the product manager and with developers to develop, and improve the platform.

• Responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the platform functionalities.

• Understand the technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensures the development team is set up for success.

  Desired Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. 

• 4-5 years of working experience in a similar position.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is a plus.

• Good knowledge of AWS cloud solutions like IAM, S3, Cloudfront, Storage Gateway, Snowball, EC2, Cloudwatch, CLI, Lambda, Route 53, RDS, Dynamo DB, Redshift, ElastiCache, Aurora, VPC, SQS, SNS, Elastic Transcoder, Kinesis, API Gateway and so on.

• Understanding of application, server and network security is highly desired.

• Experience in implementing AWS services in a variety of business environments

• Experience in a customer-facing, sales-aligned role such as consultant, solutions engineer, or solutions architect

• Ability to translate business requirements into a customer solution.

• Team Player and a high level of creativity.

• Good analytical and communication skills.

• Proficient English language knowledge. The German language is an added advantage.
