Job Description

The role is to digitize the procurement of the future. Digital ideation, implementation, and leading futuristic 'e-procurement as a service' (EPAS) platform. Be a matchmaker of procurement and business development of technology companies. This role will drive procurement digitization and process improvements to simplify the technology, engineering, and consulting procurements and promotions.

 

 

  Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support for project development and management. 

• Collaboration across development and business development departments, which includes application managers, developers, software architects, project leaders, business developers, and marketing.

• Responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the platform functionalities, based on market feedback and technology requirements.

• Professional participation and support in developing futuristic eProcurement features.

• Developing out-of-the-box approaches to improve procurement platform functionalities.

• Deep dive into micro details of the procurement system to develop an end-to-end and easy-to-use platform.

 

 

  Desired Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Marketing. 

• An engineering consulting background is an added advantage.

• 4-5 years of working experience in a similar position.

• Experience in procurement digitalization/ digital sourcing platforms is a plus.

• Good knowledge of processes and applications in the B2B area. 

• Experience in Managing the end-to-end procurement process (RFI, RFP, RFQ, contract drafting & negotiation, supplier & stakeholder management)

• Very good analytical and communication skills.

• Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-initiative.

• Experience in creating documentation, presentations, and concepts.

• Experience in addressing different stakeholder groups.

• Intercultural competence, willingness to travel.

• Proficient English language knowledge. The German language is an added advantage.
