Is verification of email address is mandatory?Yes. To complete the registration of a new account, the users must validate the email ID by clicking the link sent from the email connect@blueproc.com under the subject ' BlueProc Welcome Mail' or ’BlueProc Reverification Mail'.

Why I have not received Verification Email?If you did not receive the Verification email, check your spam folder, or check that you entered the correct email address or add the email connect@blueproc.com to your address book before you register.

Why am I receiving “Complete your Profile” alert?Users will be allowed to publish in Procure or in Promote only after the updating of the required details in the profile page. If the user did not update the details, there should be an alert indicating to update the details on the profile page.

How do I complete my registration?Go to Edit Profile and fill all mandatory fields to compete the profile. You will be asked to upload Profile Picture and Business logo, and you must briefly describe (in 60 words) your business under About Us. If asked add additional mandatory fields to complete your registrations.

How to edit published listings in Procure and Promote?BlueProc Web app: Go to Dashboard > select Listings > select Procure Or Promote > on a listings click on "Edit Listing" to edit published listing. What is “Back to listing” and “Republishing”?Within the expire date you can edit and republish a published listings. Please aviod republishing "Deal Done"item in Procure. Why I see a 'Deal Done' and Expired listings under 'Offers Made'?If the Deal is gone to other users, the listings will remain in your Offer Made, with a status 'Deal Done'. If a procure listing expired without any deals, the listings will remain in your Offer Made, with a status 'Expired'.
