1. Overview
The Standard Terms of Service contained herein on this webpage shall govern your use of the BlueProc website, (www.blueproc.com, www.blueproc.app), BlueProc Android app, and BlueProc iOS app (collectively referred as ‘BlueProc’ Or ‘BlueProc Platform’). By accessing, browsing, registering, publishing in Procure and Promote, selling, buying, exchanging, and/or using BlueProc websites and Android and iOS Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Services and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of the platform and its Services constitutes your consent to this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website.
‘BlueProc Solutions GmbH’ is the legal owner of the ‘BlueProc’ platform which connects Buyers and Suppliers of Technology, Engineering services, and consulting services referred to as ‘Users.’ This Agreement is between you (users) and BlueProc Solutions GmbH (We, Company, us) concerning your use of (including any access to) BlueProc platforms via website www.blueproc.com, www.blueproc.app, or ‘BlueProc’ Android app downloadable from Google store or iOS app downloadable from Apple store. Please note that this Agreement hereby incorporates by reference any additional terms and conditions posted by Company through the Service, or otherwise made available to you by Company. By using the Service, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement (which is 14 in most countries), or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into this Agreement, and that your parent or guardian has agreed to be liable for your acts and omissions.
The user agrees to use the ‘BlueProc Platform,’ which means BlueProc Website, Android, and iOS Application and its contents and services in accordance with the law, the morality, and the public order and in accordance with the Terms of Services. By downloading, installing, registering, and by accessing the BlueProc website, Android, or iOS apps one will automatically be considered a User (hereinafter the "User" or "you") which requires the full acceptance of each, and every provision included in this Terms of Services. You are also obliged to make proper use of the services and/or contents and not to use them to conduct illegal activities or constitute criminal offenses that violate the rights of third parties and/or violate the regulation on intellectual and industrial property, and any other rules of the applicable legal provisions. If anyone has any objection to any of the Terms of Services and Privacy Policy, we recommend not to use our sites and services.

2. Age Restrictions
In General, there won't be any restrictions. however, the recommended age of users should at least 14 years of age. While using our platform services, if you are a minor, you need the permission of your legal representatives in order to use BlueProc services. BlueProc platform intended to be used by adults, as defined under any applicable law in each specific case. If you are not an adult, you are not authorized to download the Application, register, and create an account with us. In this case, the legal representative is liable for any acts committed by the minor. Please, if you are a minor and you do not have your legal representative’s permission, stop using the BlueProc platform, which means BlueProc websites, and uninstall the Android and/or iOS applications. You further warrant that you are an adult under the applicable law. If the information you provide in this regard is not truthful, BlueProc shall not be liable as it cannot certainty verify the age of the Users. BlueProc may contact the user at any time enquiring your age using a photocopy of an identity card or equivalent. If you deny providing identification, BlueProc reserves the right to disable your profile/account, and you will not be able to continue using the service. Before using, registering as a minor user, must and highly recommended to take the specific permission from their legal representatives, parents, or guardians to use our services.

3. Platform limitation on responsibility and functionalities
BlueProc platform facilitates networking and collaboration. BlueProc may not own and has no control over the items listed in BlueProc platforms. The transactions are carried out exclusively between registered users, and BlueProc does not review the listings or items that users list in the BlueProc platform. Therefore, the BlueProc platform shall not be responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any disagreement between the parties.
BlueProc is an open procurement platform. Companies or individuals could register and publish their procurement requests or promote their competencies. The published information in the BlueProc platform is the sole responsibility of the users. Consequently, BlueProc cannot guarantee the quality and trustworthiness of the same, as well as the integrity of the images and/or descriptions in the published listings. Any claim or dispute that may arise between Users of the Service shall be settled by them, committing themselves to hold the BlueProc platform harmless.
BlueProc service is limited to employ the utmost diligence to ensure the proper technical functioning of the platform. BlueProc is a platform that brings together buyers and suppliers of technology solutions, engineering, and consultancy services. BlueProc shall in no case be responsible for the content operation and/or data protection or other terms referred to in other web sites or applications that may be accessed by the inclusion of a link on the Service, or the content, services or products offered on the same unless BlueProc owns such sites. The hyperlinks contained in our platform may lead to third-party web sites. BlueProc may incorporate them to facilitate the navigation of the User, assuming no responsibility for the content, information or services that may appear on those sites, which will be exclusively informative and in no case imply any relationship between the third party and BlueProc. BlueProc develops maximum diligence in the implementation of security measures, however, it assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever regarding the custody and proper use of the passwords for access to the Platform which will be the sole responsibility of the User. BlueProc makes no representations whatsoever about any other website through which you may access. When you access another website, even one that may contain the BlueProc information, logo, blog links, please understand that it is independent of BlueProc and BlueProc has no control over the content on that website. In addition, a link to other websites does not mean that BlueProc endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such a website.

4. App installation
Users can install and use the application for free of cost. Free to register and to use free app features. The user could subscribe to publish unlimited items. Users must accept the permissions for the installation and execution of the application. From time to time, the BlueProc platform may request the granting of additional permissions to perform certain actions to enhance certain functionalities. The lack of acceptance of some of the permits necessary for the proper function of the application may result in the suspension of the services or impossibility of using the application.
The Apps are licensed and not sold to end-users. We hereby permit you, on a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis, to install and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control. If you are not complying with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the app, and uninstall the app from your mobile device. Please also note you are encouraged to all and accept the system permissions that the App requires from time to time to be able to use the App its complete functionalities. You are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and paying for all hardware and all telecommunications and other services needed to use the Service. The use of the BlueProc platform is free of charge. Depending on individual mobile phone rates, costs for data transfer may apply, which must be carried by the user. The post boosting features are subject to charge and can be purchased exclusively through the website, Android App, and iOS Apps. The prices are clearly displayed prior to the purchase. BlueProc reserves the right to change these prices at any given time. The prices are quoted, inclusive of taxes. Time to time, BlueProc reserves the right to offer varying premium or paid features in the Android App, the iOS App, and the website.
The user agrees with his/her purchase of a premium or paid feature. BlueProc will instantly deliver the purchased service. BlueProc is not responsible for content generated by users. However, there is no right for the publication of content. Participation in BlueProc is not enforceable and can also not be compelled or required in any other form. BlueProc reserves the right to deny the participation on its platform temporarily or permanently even without further reasons. A new registration under a different name and/or other e-Mail address following having been blocked is prohibited.

5. User account and Security
It is mandatory to register to publish procurement and promotional items in the BlueProc platform. This act is to restrict annoying spammers, jammers, copycats, and scammers. To keep our platforms as a secure, the platform requires that users registered and provide phone numbers for verification. Users must register either using any e-mail address, Gmail, or Facebook or LinkedIn account. In case you use a social network mentioned above, you authorize the BlueProc platform to access and use certain information depending on the privacy settings that you have selected in the corresponding social network. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete Member account information about you as may be prompted by the registration and/or login form on the application and including your geolocation. By signing up or logging in, the user agrees to ‘Terms of Services’ and ‘Privacy Policy.’ To make maximum use of this app, please familiarize yourself by reading the ‘Getting Started' section of the platform. By opening an account, you accept and assume all liability that may arise in any activity that occurs under your username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you designate during the registration process. You cannot share it with other people or perform acts that may diminish or undermine the security of your account. If you have knowledge that your password was compromised, you should inform us immediately to change the password or request to disable the account.

6. Prohibitions
You must not misuse this website, platform, and services. You will not commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence, or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offense and BlueProc will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any content posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

The contents of the Application, including the design, applications, text, images, and source code, are protected by the intellectual property of BlueProc. Trade names, trademarks, and service marks include BlueProc and any associated logos. You may not use our trade names, trademarks, service marks, or logos in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. The contents of the BlueProc platform, the user’s database, the screenshots of the websites or platforms may not be used, reproduced, broadcasted, copied, processed, or transmitted in any form without prior permission in writing of BlueProc.

9. Rules
Users should care extra care before publishing in BlueProc. No illegal and forbidden items should be listed.
Platform means: www.blueproc.com, www.blueproc.app and BlueProc Android and BlueProc iOS apps
User means: the person who sign-in to sell or buy the product
Party and Parties means: Registered, reregister and deregistered Users
3rd Parties means Independent bodies; they provide owned/purchased/rented/subscribed service in this platform. Ex: Payment channels, Posting agents.
Users should not publish procure requests and promote other than the items related to technology solutions, engineering, and consultancy and said services. Listing or Promoting Illegal, smuggled, and theft items are forbidden in this platform. Users are responsible if they caught of listing prohibited or forbidden items in the platform. Users are the sole responsibility for such publications. The platform has no role to play for misusing or abusing the opportunities given for open participation. However, the platform will conduct regular screens to find and block such endeavors. Users cam intimate local authorities in case they found such posts. The platform has the right to restrict any user from abusing or misusing the platform.
The platform will not act mediate any conflicts that occurred between users for any reason. Conflicting parties should act responsibly, professionally, and follow business ethics and laws. You/users are solely responsible for the interaction you establish with other Users of the Service and for all Content that you uploaded, published, or transmit through the Website or Apps. You also guarantee that you are not infringing any third-party right by the content uploaded. The user agrees and acknowledges that BlueProc in no case will be held liable for the conduct of other Users.
Blueproc prohibits the use of automated software directly or indirectly, without the express written permission from BlueProc. In addition, generally, Publishing Agents are not permitted to post Content on behalf of others, directly or indirectly. However, this could be done in different user IDs. In some cases, on request, BlueProc will recommend publishing agent service to in order to post content on behalf of others, which may help rural users. The term "Publishing Agent" refers to a third-party agent, service, or intermediary that offers to post Content to the Service on behalf of others.
BlueProc performs maximum due diligence in the control of the data and other content to be displayed on our platform. If despite this you identify an error or incompleteness, we kindly ask you to report or notify us at support@blueproc.com or report the user using the ‘Report’ facility. You agree to hold harmless of any possible claim, fine, penalty, or punishment that can come to bear as a result of your breach of any of the rules stated in this document, reserving BlueProc the right to request compensation for damages.
You agree not to transmit, enter, disseminate and make available to third parties any type of material and information (data, content, messages, drawings, sound files, and image, photos, software, etc.) that are contrary to the law, morality, public order, and these Terms and Conditions. You agree NOT to:
1) Enter or disseminate content or propaganda which may be considered racist, xenophobic, pornographic, or contrary to human rights.
2) Enter or disseminate in the network data programs (viruses and malicious software) that might cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers, or third-party users of the Internet.
3) Disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any information, element, or content that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising and violates the fundamental rights and civil liberties recognized in international treaties.
4) Enter or disseminate any information and content false, inaccurate, or ambiguous in a manner that is misleading in the recipients of the information.
5) Disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any information, element, or content involving a violation of the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks, or copyright that correspond to third parties.
6) Crawl, scrape, collect, store or access the database of BlueProc or collect all or part of the database of ads and users.

11. Legal condition
BlueProc website may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. BlueProc may also make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or programs described in this information at any time without notice. Users must follow the business ethics before publishing or during any transactions in the BlueProc platform
1. The publisher is wholly responsible for the originality, quality, and contents of the procure and promote listings
2. The user /publisher or the Requester/Buyer or Supplier can be legally sued if he/she supply untruthful, wrong, fake information or for not adhering to keep the confidentiality of subject matters.
3. The user /publisher or the Requester/Buyer or Supplier can sue the if not paid for the services agreed in the platform or for deviating the subjects.

12. User sent Information
Please note that any information or material sent by the user to BlueProc will not be deemed to be confidential. By sending any information to or material, you grant BlueProc an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that BlueProc is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you send us for any purpose. However, we will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to us unless i) we obtain your permission to use your name; ii) we first notify you that the materials or other information you submit to a particular part of this site will be published or otherwise used with your name on it, or iii) we are required to do so by law.

13. How it works
We won’t take any commission. However, you need to subscribe and pay to the BlueProc platform to publish unlimited procurement requests and Promotions. You have full control over your publishing, and you can edit as you go anytime/ till the expiry date. Do not alter the price once agreed, will lead to conflicts between users. Its responsibility to meet specifications and to communicate to the counterpart about all the terms and conditions with respect to your procurement and promotions.
Register and verify via email and verify by providing Google, Facebook, and by providing mobile numbers. Select your subscription plan. You post your listing as a publisher. Alternatively, search for the item as a requester. Profile page to fill your details and to update the details. The publish button takes you to the publishing page description. Select either Procure or Promote and feed the required instructions. If you publish in Procure, you have the option to preview your request and if you are publishing in Promote you must upload images with the right description of your competencies. Select the right segment and sector and control your publishing locations/countries.

14. Binding
When both sides agree on the deal price, the parties enter into a legally binding agreement. This means that one party accepts and the other confirms. Offer prices may not bind to the order; the final agreed price is the binding price to close the deal. Mark the item as ‘Deal Done’ once after closing the deal. During this process, confirm payment and delivery/transportation conditions, as applicable.

15. Your Content
In these Terms of Services, “Your Content” shall mean any published items, listings, posts, text, images, or other material you choose to display on the BlueProc Platform. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant BlueProc a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in all media. Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. BlueProc reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from BlueProc Platform at any time, and for any reason, without notice. Further, To the extent that you provide User Content, you grant BlueProc a fully-transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise use the User Content. This license includes granting BlueProc the right to authorize Partners to use User Content with their registered users of the Services. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights BlueProc may have to User Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms.

16. Monitoring
Without any obligation, we may screen, evaluate, alter, or remove your listings under procure or promote, or analyze your activities to make the platform a safe place for the transaction. We may disclose information regarding your access to and use of the platform services, and the circumstances surrounding such access and use, to anyone for any reason or purpose.

17. Sales Terms
Sales terms include Purchase, Payment, Shipment, Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund policy for an order placed in BlueProc Platform (BlueProc websites, Blueproc Android App, and BlueProc iOS app) are subject to the following terms and conditions. In general, users can cancel the services anytime. The refund will be depending on the product or service you purchased. We assure 85%-95% of Moneyback guaranty if you cancel the order within 14 days, provided if you not used any benefits of the purchases made. We keep the 5% -15%, which are most of the cases, the commission is taken by the partner or third-party payment gateways, if applicable.

I. Types of Purchases
i. Subscription
To use the premium or paid features/publish unlimited procurement requests and promotions in the BlueProc platform, users should pay the ‘Subscription’ fee. When a user clicks on the ‘Subscribe’ link, this will navigate to select one of the plans. Once you choose the plan, the user will be navigated to the ‘Payment gateways’ or to payment methods to make the payments. In general, upon successful payments, users can instantly avail of the premium or paid features.

ii. Boosting the listings
User has options to boost their procure and promotional listings in ‘BlueProc Platform’ by paying the specified price and by selecting one of the plans. User can boost their procurement requests under the ‘Urgent’ tag and Promotions under the ‘Prime’ tag. After the successful payment, the promoted listings Instantly get highlighted at prime locations with a tag ‘Urgent’ or ‘Prime’ respectively.

iii. Buying tech related hardware, solutions, and services
Users can avail and use the product, services, and solution buying options. When a user buying an item in the BlueProc platform, the buyer has the option to make an instant online payment to the Platform through integrated payment gateways. Buy-now is the separate platform of BlueProc. In procure and promote transactions, users are recommended to carry out payment transactions in their convenient ways, outside the platform either payment on delivery or their preferred mode of payment. The Buy-now’ option is an add-on service of the platform to facilitate the online purchase of listed technology-related hardware, software, and services.

Our integrated payment gateways carry out a standard authorization check on chosen payment methods to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card or bank account will be debited upon authorization being received. The money received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods or services you wish to purchase. Subscription and Boosting are instant upon payment confirmation.

II. Payment
All payments made are subject to successful transactions and confirmation of the order price in the BlueProc platform. BlueProc platform offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery, and Wallet or using benefits of Loyalty programs to make your purchase. BlueProc platform accepts payments Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express credit/debit cards.
The user could use the available Payment Gateways to pay the subscription fee and promotional fees to highlight your Procurement & Promotional listings under Urgent and Prime boosting tags. Subscription enables you to publish unlimited posts or as specified in the subscription plans. Users will receive a notification via e-mail and purchase invoices made available under the user account. Users have the option to make payment via the platform. The payment between the users should be agreed separately.
The receiving party should guarantee the delivery of the items, services, the solution to the Paid party. Avoid legal consequences if‚ the payment received party abuse the‚ paid the party for not delivering, for false commitments, sending incorrect items. Legal action will be taken against such an act. The platform not liable for any misunderstanding between the parties. ‘Report’ such users by clicking ‘Report’ and send an email to support@blueproc.com. Don’t wait for the platform to act on consequences; we can only block the users, try for repayments the rest should be taken care of by the users, independent from the platform.
At the time of the subscribing, and/or boosting the listings the user agrees that the BlueProc immediately activates the premium or all paid feature before the withdrawal period expires. The user also agrees that with such activation, the right of withdrawal is waived. Obligations for the refund of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. If the user deletes the items on which the promotional or premium feature was applied, the premium feature is considered to be fully consumed, even if the premium feature is time-dependent and the period has not expired (e.g., deleting a classified ad with a highlight-premium-feature, deleting a premium search agent, deleting the user account).

III. Payment Gateways
BlueProc uses ‘PayPal’ and ‘Stripe’ payment platforms to receive money or to avail transaction benefits to the user. PayPal Or Stripe collectively referred henceforth as ‘Payment Gateways’. When the user makes a payment to avail BlueProc services like subscription, boosting the listings, your personal information will be stored and/or shared with ‘Payment Gateway’. The billing details entered in the form by a user during the check-in process will not be shared with ‘Payment Gateway’. ‘payment Gateway’ will save the seller’s billing details in the check-in form for the duration of the seller’s contractual relationship with the BlueProc or Associated services, to make the payment process easier for the seller. The address entered the form by a user during the checkout process will be shared with ‘Payment Gateway’ with the user’s explicit consent, as it is a requirement to be fully covered by ‘Payment Gateway’s’ Buyer Protection.

When prompted you will navigate to the Stripe payment gateway, where user facilitated with different types of payment options, which includes, payment using Credit or Debit card. In general, you are not required to navigate to the website of Stripe to make payments.
Please note, the payments you are not required to pay the commission to Stripe payment gateway. In general, the Stripe payment gateway will collect the commissions only from BlueProc However, we highly recommend visiting the Stripe website or and read the privacy policy, Terms, and Conditions and Conditions, and all other applicable information.

IV. Shipping
Shipping means transportation of the purchased product in ‘BlueProc platform. BlueProc platform does not own and has no control of the items listed by the users under Procure and Promote. The transactions are carried out exclusively between registered users, and the BlueProc Platform may not review the published procure requests or promotions. Therefore, the BlueProc platform shall not be responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any disagreement between the parties over shipments and deliver. BlueProc connects the buyers and suppliers of technology, engineering services, and solutions and facilitated the deals. The buyers and suppliers should discuss and conclude the shipments accordingly and if applicable.
For the items purchased in the BlueProc platform, we recommend buyers should pay the shipments in advance. BlueProc will ship the items to buyers, without any delay after the payments. Read the shipment and delivery terms under each item listed on our website.

V. Delivery
Delivery is depending on the type of purchase. Subscriptions, Boost (Urgent, Prime) are delivered instantly to the customers. At the time of the purchase of a paid feature, the user agrees that the BlueProc immediately activates the paid feature before the withdrawal period expires. The user also agrees that with such activation, the right of withdrawal is waived. Obligations for the refund of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. If the user deletes the items on which the promotional or paid feature was applied, the paid feature is considered to be fully consumed, even if the paid feature is time-dependent and the period has not expired (e.g., deleting a listing with a highlight-paid-feature, deleting the user account).
Delivery between the users (Publishers and Requesters), should be agreed upon during the transaction. The platform is not responsible to monitor the deliveries agreed between the users as the user has full control over all the procurements facilitated through BlueProc.
During the purchase of any items in the specified section of the BlueProc platform, please read the delivery section and note the specified delivery periods. Delivery is depending on the order of any tech products. We sell partners and third-party products. Upon order placement, payment confirmation purchaser will get intimations from BlueProc and the seller and provide the shipment details and delivery dates. Please note, BlueProc is not a typical eCommerce platform. We promote our partners' tech products. For any Legal consequence seller, BlueProc, and the purchaser should come together and resolve the issues, or any discrepancies reported in the delivered Items. VI. Cancellation & Refund Policy
The users govern this Procurement and Promotions. ‘BlueProc’ providing you the platform to lead generation and to bid. BlueProc is not part of any deals. BlueProc will not refund the money or will involve in any legal actions. In case there is a problem we will, of course, help in assisting but not mediate in resolving any issues. In general, users can cancel the services anytime. The refund will be depending on the product or service you purchased. We assure 85%-95% of Moneyback guaranty if you cancel the order within 14 Days, provided if you not used any benefits of the purchases made. We keep the 5% -15%, which are most of the cases, the commission is taken by the partner or third-party, if applicable.
i. Subscription
Subscriptions have no auto-renewal facilities. If you ‘Subscribed’ to the BlueProc Services, you are subscribed to a plan and thereby utilized the service and not have the possibilities to cancel it. However, the partial amount will be reimbursed, if you have a genuine reason for cancellation.
ii. Boosting the listings
Unfortunately, a refund for the purchase of ‘Boost’ is not possible. Once you boost procure or promote listings, it is deemed that you have utilized the service, we are no longer able to cancel it. Please note that we are not able to restore or provide a refund for boosting your listings. Therefore, please ensure that your item does not violate our Terms of Service before listing it. If you changed your decision after Boosting, this is not possible to refund the money.
iii. Buy now transactions
For all or any purchased tech products using the BlueProc eCommerce platform, we will assure that, 100% money-back guarantee. The cancelation must be made within 14 days after receiving the goods. For damaged items, (before or after the delivery), defect items and for non-delivered items, the refund is possible only after the proper investigations.

VII. Processing payment
In order to make ‘purchases’ in the BlueProc platform, you must possess a valid credit, debit card bank account. BlueProc retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If you found any of the users is a fraud, listing procurements, bad advertising/promotions, spamming, or trying to deceive users on our app, please report by selecting the top right corner of the post (3 dots) and ‘report’ us immediately.
